The actor, who follows a grounded self-care routine involving practices like oil pulling and nasal cleaning, also follows practices like shatpavali, a tradition of taking 100 steps after lunch and dinner.
Known for her pitta body type, Katrina consumes cooling meals like black raisins, chewed fennel seeds, and ash gourd juice. She opts for substitutes like amla juice and mint coriander when her preferred options are not available. Despite her busy schedule, Katrina starts her day early and sticks to two proper meals a day, carrying homemade food wherever she goes.
